About Gemma
I’ve been in kitchens of all sizes for 9+ years and have learnt some life long lessons and I wish to share experiences and teach how to overcome if food is really your passion you need to learn the safe ways to do things so you don’t burn out. You often read about chefs doing 60+ hours a week and becoming stuff. I want to aid decisions and share what I believe does and doesn’t work including stocks, leadership, ownership, recipes, “cheats” and anything else you can think off. I’m also qualified in children’s nutrition (0-5years)
