About Maria Cristina

My name is Maria Cristina, I am 22 years old and I have a degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures, in particular I have dedicated myself and continue to devote myself to the study of the English language and the Arabic language.
To date, I continue to study at the University of Studies from Palermo, to specialize in languages and translation for international relations.
So I am looking for a job that will make me a study break, but at the same time entertain me, and there is nothing better than spending time with children and young people of all ages!
I like to listen to the needs of my students, understand and help them, discover together their desires and the goals they want to achieve.
For years I have alternated between studying and working in my days , dedicating myself to language training, strengthening of Italian and foreign languages, carrying out after-school hours to help children with homework, carrying out recreational activities, having collected work experience in a school the childhood, with other children and teenagers between the ages of 6 and 13 and in an animation agency!

About the lesson

I have been giving private lessons to children from 6 to 13 for about 4 years, and the key to success lies in seeing them study calmly, overcoming the obstacles and difficulties of the moment, dictated by misunderstandings, anxiety, stress, listlessness
For this reason, the hours of study must be approached with gentleness, calm, instilling in the students the right amount of motivation and self-esteem in moments of collapse and fatigue.
I would be helpful in giving English lessons from level A1 to B2, and to support students of all age groups and school in the study of curricular subjects, in homework, etc.
In a typical lesson, during first minutes, dialogue with the student comparing his needs, desires, goals and pursued, depending on the age, I try to make them reach them with games, activities, oral exercises, writings.
