About Samuel
I’ve been on my fitness journey for almost 10 years and spent a lot of the first few years learning from a lot of mistakes so you won’t have to. I’ve also been coached by an Olympian bodybuilder who taught me a lot about diet and training so I can pass that knowledge onto you.
