About Chloe

Hi! I’m a French tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Education in French as a Second Language. I love working with complete beginners and helping them feel comfortable learning a new language. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and often sprinkled with humour to make lessons enjoyable. I use games, skits, flashcards, and storytelling to make grammar and vocabulary fun and memorable. Lessons are interactive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s pace and interests. I focus on helping learners build confidence in speaking and understanding everyday French. Watching students gain independence and use French in real-life situations is the most rewarding part of my work. I encourage mistakes as a natural part of learning and celebrate every small success along the way. My goal is to make each lesson lively, inspiring, and stress-free. Learning French should be playful and exciting, not intimidating. I love helping students discover the joy of expressing themselves in a new language. Together, we make French learning a fun, rewarding adventure that lasts a lifetime.

I provide consistent feedback and practical tips to help learners progress quickly. My approach also focuses on building confidence, allowing students to express themselves without hesitation. I combine structured practice with creative activities, making lessons both effective and enjoyable. By focusing on practical skills, cultural understanding, and consistent practice, I help students develop fluency and a lasting love for the French language.
