About Anna
I have always enjoyed coaching gymnastics, almost as much as I enjoy doing gymnastics myself. As someone who was quite self-taught in both gymnastics and the gym, I understand what it is that people need most when they are trying to learn new things by themselves and find it rewarding to be able to jump in and share this information so people can break through plateaus.
