I am a passionate fitness trainer with 7+ years of experience in body transformation, weight loss, weight gain, and nutrition. Over the years, I have trained 200+ students, including clients in Dubai, helping them work towards their fitness goals. I have developed a deep understanding of the human body, exercise science, and individual nutritional needs. My approach is personalized—I understand that every body is different, so I focus on creating practical training and nutrition strategies based on each person’s goals, lifestyle, and body requirements. My mission is to share my knowledge and help people build a stronger, healthier and more confident version of themselves.
