My teaching style as a tabla instructor blends conventional and contemporary techniques to make tabla approachable and interesting for students of all ages, from schoolchildren to adults. While promoting originality and adaptation, I place an emphasis on having a solid foundation in rhythmic principles and hand techniques. Warm-up drills, hands-on demonstrations, and active student participation are all a part of my regimented classes. I provide individualized feedback and adjust to each student's learning preferences, making my instruction appropriate for a wide range of pupils, including beginners, college-level students, and adults.
