About Kaylie
"Beginners often feel overwhelmed by the subtle nuances of French phonetics. Pronunciation is the bridge to true fluency.
I have taught French for 9 years, drawing on my BMus degree to help students hear the rhythm of language. My work covers reading comprehension, cultural context, and listening practice.
We focus on idioms and expressions, everyday phrases, liaison, and nasal sounds. I meet students where they are to ensure the material clicks. My teaching practice has supported 187 students over the last decade."

"Enjoyment comes from speaking early. You will start using target vocabulary within the first 5 minutes of our meeting. My Berklee training taught me how to listen to tiny shifts in pitch and tone. This skill is vital for mastering French nasal sounds and liaison.
We practice until the sounds feel natural. I keep the atmosphere light and focused. I truly enjoy seeing the moment when a complex phrase becomes easy to say."
