About Alisha

I am a 27-year-old female who grew up in the Welsh Valley who is now living in Pembrokeshire to get a footprint within the lovely beaches as well as supporting the learners of Pembroke School around this. As I completed my degrees this was during the global pandemic so I was able to master learning and teaching while online as well as face to face. As I grew up I was volunteering as a coach and I knew from then I wanted to help progress learners and participants. I found it hard in school through being dyslexic and I want to give something that I never received, support and no judgement for all needs of the learners.

About the lesson

My lessons are never the same; they change to suit the needs of my learners. Getting to know learners is important as I like to understand how they best learn and adapt my teaching methods to suit this. I will attempt to plan and deliver my lessons to suit the learner and will always ask for feedback to adapt again and again. The learner is my priority and making the learner progress, invest and enjoy.
