About Julia
I have been a gymnast since I was 3 years old. I have been growing with the free hands specialty until I was 12. Since then I have played rope, ball, hoop and clubs. I am passionate about this sport but for study reasons and because my group was leaving it I had to leave it behind. Now that I'm in college I would love to pick it up again teaching what I know.

My classes begin with an assessment of the student's status and what goals he wants to achieve.
A workout that fits is then created and performed during a portion of the class. This training is based on the strength, flexibility and resistance that the sport requires.
In the other part of the class, the warm-up is put into practice with figures and exercises of the sport that, once consolidated, come together in a dance.
