About
This is a section about me. My transformation began when I was just 47 kg at 5 feet 11 inches. I faced bullying and cruel nicknames during school, but through natural methods—exploring various diets and routines—I transformed. Today, I weigh 80 kg with under 10% body fat. Now a program manager at a multinational company, I’m driven by a passion to inspire others. I love teaching students how to care for their body and mind, so they can thrive and transform their own lives.
