About Ella
"How do we ensure that you retain those tricky idioms and complex expressions over the long term? My method relies on steady, rhythmic pacing that respects your current level while pushing you towards accuracy. We use my background from Guildhall and Oxford to analyse the mechanics of speech, much like we would analyse a musical score.
Each class includes a dedicated homework module with feedback to reinforce your daily progress. You will see how business Spanish and interview preparation become much simpler when you understand the underlying structure.
The focus remains on building your personal lexicon through repetitive, meaningful engagement with the material. This consistent cycle ensures you keep moving forward without feeling overwhelmed by the rules. I enjoy watching students move from hesitant sentences to full paragraphs of natural dialogue. We will keep the environment light and supportive while maintaining high standards for your learning."

"Sitting at my piano after a long day, I often find myself switching between singing German lieder and speaking Spanish with colleagues. This constant movement between languages defines my dual identity as a musician and linguist. I hold a Master of Music from Guildhall and a degree from Oxford, which informs my precise approach to teaching. My lessons focus heavily on Latin American versus Castilian variants to ensure you sound natural.
