About Lana

With over 12 years of experience, I have had the pleasure of teaching guitar to more than 300 high school and college students. My passion for education drives me to inspire and motivate my students, helping them unlock their musical potential. I believe that every student has a unique voice, and my goal is to guide them in discovering and developing their style.

Throughout my career, I have achieved significant milestones, including successfully preparing students for music competitions and performances. I take pride in fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves.

Seeing my students grow in confidence and skill is the most rewarding part of my job. Together, we create a journey filled with creativity, passion, and, most importantly, joy in making music! Let’s embark on this musical adventure together!

About the lesson

My teaching methodology focuses on creating a supportive and engaging environment for my students. I believe that effective communication is key to learning. I encourage open dialogue, where students can express their thoughts and ask questions freely. This helps me understand their needs and tailor my lessons accordingly.

I use real-life examples and case studies to illustrate how guitar skills apply in various musical contexts. For instance, we might explore famous guitar solos or analyze different playing styles, helping students connect theory with practice.

Integrity is central to my teaching approach. I emphasize honesty and transparency in feedback, encouraging students to embrace their strengths while also identifying areas for improvement.

In addition to guitar, I can teach related subjects like music theory and songwriting. By integrating these subjects, I provide a comprehensive learning experience that enhances students' overall musicality. Together, we will develop not just technical skills but also a genuine passion for music!
