About Diane
Bonds, equities, and portfolio theory form the core of my technical skill set. I graduated with a BSc in Financial Engineering from MIT Sloan. These credentials allow me to explain cost of capital and financial markets with precision.
I have taught 72 students including career switchers, finance students, and MBA candidates. My time in the industry influences how I explain financial statement analysis today.
I value efficiency in all things. You will find that I explain models exactly as they appear in real analyst seats. My style is direct and patient because I want you to feel confident in your own reasoning. I aim to make complex finance topics accessible through logical step by step explanations.

Since every learner approaches Excel for finance differently, I start by assessing your current comfort level. It is a bit like building a bridge, where we connect your current knowledge to more advanced corporate finance concepts.
I rely on my MIT Sloan background to ensure the frameworks we use are industry standard. 8 years of experience has taught me exactly where students tend to get stuck.
We will dissect financial markets and build models from the ground up. Sometimes the simplest answer is the correct one. I avoid jargon in favor of clear reasoning that holds up under pressure.
