I didn't start fitness to become a trainer. I started it for myself.
What began as a personal journey slowly became a passion — and the transformations I saw in my own body and mind were too good to keep to myself.
I'm motivating, I push you — but I take my sessions seriously. I'm not here to make you comfortable. I'm here to make you better.
