About Ayça Öğet

I have 10 years of experience in the sector and am a graduate of Izmir University of Economics, Department of Culinary Arts. I have developed myself in leading positions in the sector and am one of those who have received training in menu planning, conception and implementation, as well as in my other areas such as European cuisine, pastry and bakery, and theoretical basic gastronomy education. I am open to development and have improved myself by taking courses aimed at teaching.

About the lesson

The courses vary according to subject matter, and technical and cultural information is provided in the teaching. Details are researched and explained during lessons, and the courses progress level by level for gastronomy students. In addition, sectoral concept courses are given to support students. Lessons on gastronomic concepts and skills are conveyed. Teaching methods are determined in consultation with the individuals involved.
