About Shuhan

Hello, my name is Shuhan, normally called Shu(I guess it's easy to memorised, I like it anyway). I'm from northwest of China, but don't get me wrong, my mandarin accent is perfecto~ I'm quite easygoing, love dancing, travelling and languages!
I went to Russia as a volunteer in 2018, during that trip I met some Chinese and we chatted for a while. Later on, my companions asked me: Were you talking in Chinese? sounded like you were singing! From then on they always wanted me to teach some Chinese to them. When I went back to China, I also found some people from other countries were trying to learn Chinese, because of that, I won a lot of friendships. What I want to say is, learning languages is very fun(but challenge as well), a new language can shape another personality, yet, if you want to speak into one's heart, the best way is to speak the language the one speaks!

About the lesson

the class will last 60mins, flexible teaching methods according to the student's level, if the student is an introductory level I will start with Pinyin; if the student's aim is exam-oriented, I will use HSK as the basis. To emerge in the environment, the class will combine with some videos and audios to help student have a better understanding context about the words and sentences. As my bachelor's degree was majored in Digital TV & Film Production, I do believe that films and TV series are great tools for learning languages.
There is a set pattern to learning a language, but the details of learning will vary from person to person, so it is important to find the most suitable method for students and to enjoy the process of learning the language.
