About Marlene
I've got more than 15 years of experience in Teaching Spanish, and also I've got a Bachelor Degree in Education as well as a Master's in the same area. Back in my country Ecuador/ South America, I was a private tutor for a decade and since I arrived to London, I've been teaching children and adults.

First of all, I really enjoy teaching and I think by teaching my mother tongue (Spanish) I can transmit my culture. I start my lessons always with a warm up activity, after that I always ask my students about the previous topic to reinforce the knowledge, then I can continue with a new topic, and it could be either through a song or a reading based on the topic to be learnt; after that lots of exercises by playing games or other activities.
