About Nikkia

I am a healthcare professional with 17 years of experience, In my free time I am a home chef and foodie. I learned to cook for a large family by the time I was 12 years old and flavor has been my closest friend . I take great pleasure in sharing my recipes and tips with family and friends and teaching them virtually how to prepare dishes for their own audience. One of my gifts is the ability to taste my way through signature or original dishes and recreate them.

About the lesson

Hello!

I have over 20 years of experience in home based cooking. I have prepared/catered meals for small events in addition to this. I attended a Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Chicago and picked up many tips and tricks . I have a passion for using fresh herbs and ingredients. Due to my current profession in the healthcare industry, healthier alternatives are always in the forefront of my mind when preparing meals, while keeping them as close to traditional as possible.
