About Abdul
I have over 20years experience in martial arts and fitness.
I have studied karate and taekwondo from a young age.
I am a multiple champion in kickboxing and a graded black belt.
Studied Muay Thai in Thailand and have a lot of Thai boxing knowledge and background.
I have run my own martial arts academy in ireland since 2017.
I am a friendly and easy going person. I care about my students and wish to help them achieve their goals.

Lessons can be either fitness home workout (online) based on kickboxercise/kickfit which is using kickboxing as a medium for fitness.
This is great for weight loss and toning up.
Or
Lessons can be combat based which will enable you to learn the techniques of kickboxing and master the art. This is great for competition or self defence.
