Super Prof

Patrick is one of our best Singing tutors. High-quality profile and excellent qualifications, organised and responsive to lesson requests, appreciated by their students!

About Patrick

I am a working actor, singer, and dancer based in New York City. I have seven years of professional performing experience, and nearly ten years experience teaching, including dance, trumpet, voice, and acting. I derive a great deal of happiness from teaching students and helping them gain self-confidence and happiness in their crafts.

About the lesson

A typical lesson comprises of a led vocal warmup, strength exercises to get the voice in a healthy place, coaching on materials brought, all within a safe and energetic environment.
Available for all ages and skill levels, I specialize in Musical Theatre performance, but can help in many genres.
Audition prep includes coaching, musical transcription and arranging, practice tracks, and mock auditions to ensure you have the best audition.

Perfect! Had a vocal lesson with Patrick and was thoroughly impressed. He brings a sharp eye, steady guidance, and genuine enthusiasm to his teaching. In a short time, I felt more control and confidence in my voice. If you're looking to grow as a vocalist, Patrick is a fine guide on the journey.

Perfect! Patrick is an excellent vocal coach that is very passionate about his craft. He is well-versed in the "anatomy" of singing and can explain concepts very well to a first-time singer. He is definitely a hidden gem on this platform

Patrick is very passionate about ballet and motivates his students to keep striving to get better, but at their own individual pace. He demonstrates and explains everything very well and makes sure his students understand what they are doing and why they are doing them. I highly recommend

When you have the opportunity to be taught not only by a professional dance instructor but also one who is an amazing dancer you certainly are fortunate. Patrick MacLennan is both. He has an extensive professional resume and a wonderful way of teaching. He also is very reliable. You can’t go wrong with Pat!
