About Andrew

I’ve been passionate about sports my entire life, with lacrosse playing a central role in my journey. I started playing both at a young age and continued through high school and college (Club D1), where I competed at a high level and developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and teamwork. At the same time, I discovered a deep interest in life sciences, which ultimately led me to pursue a career in biotech here in Los Angeles. Today, I’m fortunate to combine my professional passion for science and innovation with my personal passion for coaching—giving back to the next generation of athletes and helping them grow both on and off the field.

About the lesson

As a coach, my approach is rooted in building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game—no matter your current level of play. I focus on teaching the fundamentals of lacrosse through clear communication, hands-on drills, and game-like scenarios that make learning both fun and effective. I strive to create a positive environment where every player feels valued and supported to take risks, learn from mistakes, and grow not just as athletes, but as teammates and individuals. Sharing my knowledge means blending technical skills with life lessons—instilling discipline, sportsmanship, and resilience on and off the field.
