I have been a Certified Personal Trainer through the Academy Council of Exercise (A.C.E.) since 2017.
CPR certified
Working on my counseling degree since I believe that mental health can also be helped by our physical health such as working out.

Certified Personal Trainer (A.C.E.) since 2017. If you aren't sure where to start with building muscle and need some guidance, I can assist! Weight lifting has not only changed my body but also my mental health which is why I am a strong proponent of lifting heavy things!
I normally teach a 3-4 day split, depending on your schedule. I also believe in cardio work for heart health.
I am not a nutritionist but I can offer what has helped me and others if weight loss is also needed.
I speak Spanish and am currently attending school to become a counselor since working on mind AND body goes hand in hand.
