About Violetclass

Hello, I’m an experienced Nurse Educator with over 18 years of nursing experience and 15 years in teaching. I hold an M.Sc. in Nursing and currently serve as a Practice Development Nurse, working closely with students to provide both academic and clinical learning support. My passion for teaching stems from my desire to help future nurses develop strong clinical skills and confidence in their practice. I believe in making learning engaging, accessible, and tailored to each student's needs. Having worked with diverse learners, I’m committed to simplifying complex concepts and fostering a supportive learning environment. I also have extensive experience in OSCE preparation and enjoy helping students excel in their assessments. I take pride in creating tailored learning plans and offering extra support for students with learning disabilities. My goal is to inspire a love for lifelong learning and evidence-based practice. I want to teach because I’m passionate about shaping the next generation of nurses and contributing to high-quality patient care.

About the lesson

I actively engage in educating and mentoring Pre-Reg and ANA students, ensuring they receive comprehensive and effective academic learning experiences. I work closely with students from various universities, assessing their training and development needs to create tailored learning opportunities. My teaching methods are diverse, to make complex concepts easy and understandable. I inspire a passion for learning by simplifying information and presenting it in a clear, student-friendly way. For students with learning disabilities, I provide extra time and adapt my methods to suit their needs. My approach ensures all students feel supported and confident in their progress.
