About Petra
I am a Spanish tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a Concentration in Cultural Anthropology. I specialise in teaching Spanish for customer service and hospitality industries. My lessons focus on handling enquiries, guest interactions, reservation details, and typical service scenarios you’ll encounter on the job. I’m especially skilled at working with Conversationalists and Immigrants/Newcomers, guiding them to find their authentic voice in Spanish. Together, we practice real-life discussions and role-plays to build confidence and fluency. I use a mix of reading, listening, and speaking exercises that highlight environmental themes. My goal is to help you speak clearly and passionately about the planet. You’ll learn not only language but also how to be an effective advocate.
