About Luyanda
I have a degree in TV scriptwriting and directing. I have been teaching for 2 years and 4 months. I want to broaden my horizons by incorporating the two professions that I enjoy. In the time that I have taught English, I have taught the basic English skills as well as interpersonal communication, critical thinking, research literacy and public speaking. I aim to leave a positive impact on my students and for them to thrive better.

My approach to teaching is centred around creating engaging and interactive learning experiences. My lessons cater to young children (ages 8 to 12 years old). My lessons will include various learning styles, such as inquiry based learning, student-centred and teacher-centred learning, project based learning as well as game-based learning.
As a fluent English speaker, I am committed to helping students reach their full potential through their literacy, writing and critical thinking skills. I am dedicated to providing personalised support and guidance to ensure that the students achieve the best results, whether it is preparing for school exams or developing a love for reading and writing.
