About Victoria

Hi, I’m Victoria, and I’m passionate about helping students succeed in Physical Education. With a 2.1 degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of Portsmouth and hands-on experience as a PE teacher, working towards a qualification from the University of the West of Scotland, I bring both expertise and enthusiasm to every lesson.

I specialise in creating engaging, tailored sessions that cater to individual needs, whether you’re preparing for exams, developing practical skills, or looking to deepen your understanding of PE theory. My academic background, combined with my experience, ensures a professional, supportive approach to helping you achieve your goals.

As a keen netballer, and with a background in outdoor education and adventure sport, I understand the importance of balancing skill, teamwork, and strategy—principles I bring to my teaching. I’m here to help you feel confident, motivated, and ready to excel. Let’s work together to unlock your full potential!

About the lesson

I hold a 2.1 degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of Portsmouth and have hands-on experience as a PE teacher, delivering lessons across various topics and age groups. My academic background equips me with a deep understanding of motivation, engagement strategies, and skill development.
