About Nima
Hello, my name is Nima and I am currently in my 2nd year of college studying Biology, Chemistry and Psychology. I am hoping to study Medicine from next September. I have 1 year of tutoring experience with students of various ages ranging from Year 2 to Year 11. I have worked with both students of low ability; who are struggling in school; as well as high achievers aiming for 8/9. I have excellent communication and leadership skills; and am currently volunteering at Wythenshawe hospital and Rainbows Girl Guides. I work with children on a regular basis, both in hospital and rainbows (community club for girls). I can provide references upon request. I aim to connect with my students on a personal level and get through to them in a way that makes learning fun, engaging and understandable! I will email homework prior to and after each lesson to consolidate learning. I am always available over the week to help with any work if necessary. I have students who have gone from failing a subject to achieving 9s in GCSE! I hope to do the same with all of my new students! Please contact me if you need any help/references!
