About Claudena

First and foremost, I'm a mom of seven adult children who have all had successful pre-K-12 experiences, and have either moved on to successful careers, or, like my youngest, she's in her senior year at one of California's State Colleges, and is excited about graduating in the next few months! So, when not being mommy, I spent 12 years in the U.S. Army where I taught and helped facilitate learning for our soldiers and even some of their loved ones. I loved educating and training so much, I went on to teach at the Pre-K-12 level in California, and then lectured face-2-face and online at a Jr. college in the Caribbean! Phew! just writing that really brought home just how much training, teaching, and educating has been a love in my life.

I realize now that this experience wasn't by chance, and has given me a wonderful attitude towards teaching/educating...each of those learners inspired and influenced ME and made me fall in love with them transcending themselves and any false limitations they'd helped themselves believe. Me, I see each learner as unique, and approach teaching/training/educating that way - uniquely and creatively...just like you are! That way, you get the best outcome we can generate so that you have a great foundation on which to build your life. How very exciting is THAT!

I hold a Bachelor Degree in Communication Studies, and minored in Government, as well as I have Associate Degrees in Liberal Arts and Paralegal Studies. I even bring my world-class military training and education in Media/Community Relations, Investigations & compliance, and logistics to the table. I'm grateful to have such a rich background to cull from as I help you take your learning to the next level!
