I am a physician (M.D.) with a passion for education and guidance in the healthcare fields both online and in person. I live and work in the metro Detroit MI region of the U.S., having graduated from Wayne State University with a B.A. in Biology (1996) and an M.D. (2001).

My style is to meet my students wherever they need me most. I tailor our lessons to exactly meet your needs, be it general background, test taking skills, or strategies to advance to the next step in their academic journeys. I am told I'm patient, nonjudgmental, and successful at finding just the right way to teach a new idea because I love sharing ideas with people eager to learn them. I teach all the core sciences at the high school levels (see my YouTube video below), and healthcare sciences from pre-medical through residency training. I also help people plan their next best steps in achieving an educational or professional goal.
