I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with diverse experience in various agency settings. Let me assist in alleviating your stress and anxiety, enabling you to live a fuller and richer life personally and professionally. Through working with clients, I have utilized various counselling approaches tailored to meet each client's unique needs. By providing a safe and empathetic space, I aim to explore historic trauma that is holding you back from reaching your fullest potential.
