About Dylan
I am a Web Development tutor with 4 years of teaching experience, helping High School and College students build strong skills in modern web technologies. I have successfully guided around 150 students, supporting them from beginner level to confident developers who can create real-world projects and handle academic requirements with ease.
My teaching covers HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, along with essential tools like Git and GitHub. I also introduce students to responsive design, API integration, basic backend concepts, and project development. I focus on both theory and practical learning so students understand not just how code works, but why it works.
My teaching philosophy is simple: clear explanation, step-by-step learning, and consistent practice. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my methods based on individual needs. Some students prefer visual learning, others prefer coding along, and I adjust my sessions accordingly to make learning effective and comfortable for everyone.
I maintain a patient and supportive environment where students feel confident to ask questions and make mistakes, because that is how real learning happens. I also focus on building problem-solving skills so students can think independently while coding.
Along with subject knowledge, I help students with assignments, exam preparation, project development, and job readiness. My goal is to make students industry-ready by strengthening their practical skills and boosting their confidence in web development.

My teaching approach for Web Development is structured, practical, and student-focused. I believe students learn best when concepts are explained clearly and then applied through real coding practice. I start from the basics and gradually move toward advanced topics, ensuring that every learner builds a strong foundation before moving ahead. I focus on making complex ideas simple by breaking them into small, understandable steps.
I cover a wide range of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, Git, GitHub, responsive web design, API integration, and basic database concepts. I also guide students in debugging, problem solving, and writing clean and efficient code. My sessions include real-world projects such as websites, dashboards, and small web applications so that students gain practical experience along with theory.
My teaching style is highly communicative and interactive. I encourage students to ask questions freely and I explain concepts with patience until they are fully understood. I adapt my teaching methods based on each student’s learning style, whether they prefer visual explanations, step-by-step coding, or project-based learning. I also provide regular feedback to help students improve continuously.
Along with technical skills, I also support students in exam preparation, assignments, and job readiness. This includes interview preparation, portfolio building, and guidance on how to approach real-world development tasks. My goal is to help students become confident and job-ready web developers with strong practical and conceptual understanding.
