About Aleeza
Hi, I’m Aleeza, a Law student at the University of Warwick. I achieved an A* in A-level English Literature and an A in History, and I also studied Classical Civilisation, so essay writing has been at the heart of my studies for years.
I have always loved reading and creative writing, and I enjoy helping students see the stories, ideas and arguments behind the texts and topics they study. I know how daunting exams and essays can feel, so I aim to be patient and encouraging while giving students clear, practical techniques they can use straight away.
I look forward to helping you or your child feel more confident and achieve their best.

Each lesson is tailored to the student’s needs and focuses on building confident, well-structured essay writing. We begin with a short discussion of what the student is studying and any areas they find difficult. I then teach a key skill, such as constructing an argument, analysing quotations or planning under timed conditions, using clear examples and model answers.
The student then puts the skill into practice with guided writing, receiving feedback straight away so they can see exactly how to improve. Between lessons, I may suggest a short task, such as a single paragraph or a practice question, so that they continue to build their skills and confidence. I’m always happy to look over completed work and give detailed feedback.
