About Renata

Hi! I am a private English teacher and in three popular courses. I teach in the last 20 years, since I was 15, I have a degree in Social Sciences, Arts and Philosophy, in addition to having studied Letters. Today I am a doctoral student at USP. I graduated from Cel Lep and then at the most advanced levels of English Culture. For me the most important thing is to look at who is studying, at the person in front of me and their needs. From there, the methodology fits your needs and capabilities. It doesn't matter if you only had the verb To Be in school or if you studied for years and still have difficulties. Let's exchange experiences and learn together in a fun way and focused on what you need? There is still time to learn for the * VESTIBULAR * tests !! Come with me and I'll help you!

About the lesson

My name is Renata but you can call me Ren. I am from São Paulo and started to learn English at a very young age, at the age of 8. Cel-Lep gave me all the training before I was 15 years old, when I started teaching the language. Even so, I continued on the advanced tracks of Cultura Inglesa. I love to learn and teach, that's why I teach 3 popular courses, I work as a translator in both English, Spanish and German. I graduated in Arts, Social Sciences, Pedagogy and Philosophy, with post in English-Portuguese translation, besides having studied Information System, Architecture and Literature (I already said that I love studying? One thing I did in my life was college entrance exam rs ). Today I am a PhD student at USP, I had to take the TOEFL IBT a few times (scoring 116/120), in addition to the IELTS. In the courses, I work with instrumental English for entrance exams (ENEM, VUNESP, UNICAMP AND FUVEST). I believe that there is no ideal method without understanding what each student needs. It may be that games or music stimulate more, it may be that what is needed is to work on grammar or conversation, it may be that the ideal trajectory is focused on the interpretation of texts from previous entrance exams. Let's understand together! Ah! And all diversity is welcomed, understanding that each student has in themselves intersectionalities that are part of their understanding of the world and their education :)
