I believe **fitness should be fun, energetic, and something you genuinely enjoy**—not a boring routine\!
I’m a **National\-Level Athlete** with a lifelong passion for fitness and **2 years of experience in Dance Fitness training at a gym**\. My classes are designed to be beginner\-friendly, comfortable, and encouraging, so everyone can enjoy the journey at their own pace\.
My goal is to create a **healthy, positive, and supportive community** where you can dance, stay active, and build a healthier lifestyle together\.

I make dance fitness fun, energetic, and easy to follow, even for beginners. Classes include step-by-step guidance, a mix of Malayalam, Tamil, English, and Bollywood songs.
Class Structure:
Warm-up → Dance Fitness Workout → Cool-down & Stretching.
My Special Feature:
A friendly, encouraging environment where you can dance, enjoy, and get fit without feeling pressured.
