About Jolie
Hi! My name is Jolie, and I’m a Pre-Pharmacy student at Purdue University with a strong background in math and science. I’ve been tutoring peers since high school and genuinely enjoy helping students feel more confident in subjects they once struggled with.
I specialize in math tutoring, including algebra, problem solving, and general school support. I scored 730 on the SAT Math section and understand that not every student learns the same way, so I always try to adapt my teaching style to the person I’m working with. My goal is to make difficult concepts feel less intimidating and more manageable step by step.

I teach by slowing things down and breaking each problem into clear, simple steps. I adjust how I explain things depending on the student, use examples that make sense to them, and focus on building real understanding so they feel more confident over time.
