About Shrijeet

I'm Shrijeet Sharma — a business professional, doctoral researcher, and mentor based in Bangalore.

By day, I'm a Manager at Walmart leading India's cross-border marketplace business on Walmart.com — a USD 11M operation spanning seller acquisition, enterprise partnerships, and ads monetization. Before Walmart, I spent nearly three years at Amazon managing strategic alliances and global seller growth across Asia-Pacific markets. And before that, I led a ₹350 Cr brand portfolio at Pernod Ricard across 25+ premium brands.

Alongside my corporate career, I'm currently pursuing a PhD in Strategic Management at XLRI Jamshedpur (2023–27) — one of India's most respected business schools. My research sits at the intersection of business strategy, corporate governance, and firm performance, which means I'm equally comfortable with boardroom frameworks and ground-level execution.

Academically, I hold a PGDM in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad (top 20% of my batch, Beta Gamma Sigma member) and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from NIT Raipur (GPA 8.26/10).

I've worn a lot of hats — engineer, sales manager, BD leader, marketplace head, researcher — and that breadth is exactly what I bring to mentoring. I don't just explain what a concept is. I show you where I've used it, what worked, and what didn't.

Outside of work and research, I enjoy connecting with people, solving complex problems, and helping the next generation of business professionals think sharper and act smarter.

About the lesson

My lessons are built around one simple idea: real-world context makes concepts stick.

I don't teach from textbooks alone. Every session draws from my 9+ years of hands-on experience managing P&Ls at Walmart and Amazon, building GTM strategies at Pernod Ricard, and currently researching Strategic Management at XLRI Jamshedpur — one of India's top business schools.

Here's what a typical lesson looks like:

→ We start with YOUR goal — an MBA exam, a college assignment, a career question, or a concept you're stuck on.
→ I break it down using real examples from my work: how I managed a USD 11M marketplace, how I structured a ₹350 Cr sales portfolio, how I negotiated enterprise partnerships.
→ We practice application — case studies, mock problems, or structured discussions depending on what you need.

I teach Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Strategy, Sales, International Business, and Management. I also mentor students preparing for MBA entrance exams (CAT/XAT/GMAT) — especially for GD-PI rounds and essay writing, where industry experience gives you a real edge.

Lessons are available online (Google Meet / Zoom) and in person in Bangalore. I offer a free first session so you can decide if my style works for you before committing.
