About Tishan

Hello! My name is Tishan. I have been coaching volleyball for the past 2 years. Additionally, I teach Yoga, Breathwork, French, TEFL and tutor Math and English. Volleyball has been one of my favorite sports to play so far. It is a wonderful sport that increases athleticism, fosters teamwork and communication, as well as persistence. It has been my pleasure to coach players of many levels and watch them progress from novice to adept players.

About the lesson

- Learn fundamental volleyball techniques and refine your skills. - Receive constructive feedback and training plan from an experienced and encouraging coach to help you progress rapidly. - Group or private sessions for any level and ages. - Trainings held at a location of your choosing (e.g. beach, park) (*travel fee may be applicable). - Sessions lengths are up to you e.g. 30 mins, 45 mins, 60 mins, 75 mins. Lesson structure: - Warm up + stretching - Completing volleyball "pepper" and drills - Specific technique and skill training: serving, digging, setting, spiking - Practice and feedback and student's self-assessment - Recap and discussion at end of lesson on teachings and specific training plan instruction to complete outside of sessions.
