About Vanya

I have 9 years of experience teaching singing and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Performance and Music Education. My background includes training in classical and contemporary techniques, repertoire interpretation, and stage performance.

I have worked with learners ranging from beginners taking their first steps in singing to advanced performers preparing for recitals and auditions. My teaching emphasizes personalized guidance, encouragement, and structured exercises that develop both technical skill and expressive freedom.

Teaching singing is profoundly rewarding because it allows me to guide students as they discover their voice, gain confidence, and express themselves creatively. I focus on creating an engaging, supportive, and motivating environment where students feel safe to experiment, take risks, and grow. Helping learners transform technical exercises into expressive, confident performance is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career, inspiring lifelong musical passion and self-expression.

About the lesson

My singing lessons focus on developing healthy vocal technique, emotional expression, and performance skills. Students practice breath control, tone production, pitch accuracy, and phrasing while exploring various genres, including classical, pop, jazz, and musical theater. Lessons combine technical exercises, repertoire, improvisation, and performance practice to create well-rounded vocalists.

I integrate storytelling, visualization, and expressive interpretation to help learners connect emotionally with music. Beginners receive foundational guidance on breath support, posture, and basic pitch exercises, while intermediate students refine tone, range, diction, and musical phrasing. Lessons encourage consistent progress, confidence, and creativity.

Advanced learners focus on audition preparation, stage presence, stylistic interpretation, and expressive artistry. Lessons emphasize performance techniques, improvisation, and ensemble work. My goal is to help students develop a strong, flexible, and expressive voice, perform with confidence, and enjoy a lifelong connection to music while cultivating their unique artistic identity.
