I am a violist with 14 years of performance experience and an alumnus of the Kinhaven Semester Program. I provide intuitive technical coaching for younger students looking to move beyond recreational playing. I am a firm believer that music education should be collaborative, rigorous, and joyful.

My lessons are for beginner-to-intermediate violists.
My focus is on building good posture, tone production, and intonation so that students develop a foundation that lasts for the rest of their musical journey.
Typically, as outlined in the Suzuki method, my lesson plan would be:
Physical Reset & Setup: Stretching and breathing
Technical Foundations: Scales and Arpeggios
Repertoire: Working through current piece
Review and Practice plan: Outlining what needs to happen before the next lesson.
