About Zara

I’ve been teaching violin for 9 years, combining classical training with performance experience across ensembles and solo projects. From small private lessons to international workshops, my focus has always been helping students develop technical mastery and emotional expression. I find joy in guiding learners to discover their unique sound and performance style. My approach is structured yet flexible, integrating digital tools, real-time feedback, and personalized exercises. Students receive tailored guidance to strengthen technique, expand repertoire, and build confidence for both solo and ensemble performances. Every lesson emphasizes creativity alongside disciplined practice. Outside teaching, I perform in chamber groups, collaborate with composers, and engage in music education projects. Teaching violin is a way to inspire passion and artistry while equipping students with skills that go beyond the instrument—discipline, confidence, and emotional connection that enrich their musical and personal lives.

About the lesson

The violin is a voice that sings through technique, emotion, and storytelling. My lessons emphasize posture, bowing, and finger precision while fostering expressive interpretation. Students learn to balance technical accuracy with artistry, transforming practice into performances that communicate. The learning space is warm, encouraging, and structured to help every student thrive at their own pace.

Beginners focus on tone production, intonation, and basic scales, building confidence with simple pieces. Intermediate students expand into vibrato, complex phrasing, and ensemble playing. Advanced learners refine performance techniques, interpretive skills, and stage readiness for recitals or auditions. Assignments include sight-reading exercises, repertoire memorization, and targeted technical drills to reinforce progress.

Beyond technique, violin lessons cultivate patience, focus, and emotional intelligence. Students often find new confidence in performing and self-expression. The process teaches them how to connect deeply with music, telling stories without words and engaging audiences authentically.
