About Brianna

I have 10 years of teaching experience and hold a PhD in Music Performance. My passion for the violin began through years of practice, performances, and studying different musical styles. That journey inspired me to help students discover the beauty and discipline of learning this wonderful instrument.

I believe every student learns music differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to suit each individual. My lessons include demonstrations, careful listening, practical exercises, and encouraging feedback that help learners improve comfortably while enjoying the learning process.

Outside teaching, I enjoy performing in chamber ensembles, exploring new violin compositions, and attending live concerts. Helping students build musical confidence and express themselves through the violin continues to be one of the most meaningful parts of my teaching career.

About the lesson

Learning the violin is a rewarding journey that combines technical skill with musical expression. My lessons introduce correct posture, bow control, finger placement, rhythm, intonation, music reading, and performance techniques through simple explanations and structured practice. I encourage students to enjoy every stage of learning while developing confidence and accuracy through regular improvement.

Each lesson is designed according to the learner's current ability and musical goals. Beginners build strong foundations through posture, open strings, simple scales, and basic melodies. Intermediate students improve shifting, vibrato, tone quality, and expressive playing with carefully planned exercises. Advanced learners strengthen performance techniques, musical interpretation, and stage confidence through detailed coaching and constructive feedback.

My lessons help students become expressive musicians who enjoy sharing music with others. Learners improve concentration, patience, creativity, listening skills, and confidence while developing technical ability. Every class supports steady progress and a lasting appreciation for violin performance.
