About Senna
My interest in violin began when I first heard the expressive sound of string instruments during a concert performance. This experience inspired me to begin learning violin and later pursue formal music education. I completed a Master’s Degree in String Performance, where I studied technique, interpretation, and ensemble playing.
During the past 7 years, I have taught students with different levels of experience. Some learners begin with basic skills, while others want to refine their technique and musical expression. I believe lessons should be patient, structured, and encouraging so students feel motivated to improve.
Outside teaching, I continue practicing violin and exploring different musical compositions. These activities help me stay connected to the instrument and develop new teaching ideas. Watching students grow into confident musicians is one of the most rewarding parts of my work as a violin instructor.

My violin lessons focus on building strong fundamentals so students feel comfortable with the instrument. Beginners begin by learning correct posture, bow hold, and finger placement. Simple exercises help students develop coordination between the bow arm and the left hand. I explain each movement clearly so learners understand how technique influences tone and rhythm.
As students gain confidence, we explore scales, smoother bow strokes, and longer musical pieces. I teach learners how to shape musical phrases and control dynamics to express emotion through music. Intermediate students also practice reading sheet music more confidently and improving finger accuracy.
Learning violin requires patience and steady practice. I encourage students to focus on small improvements and develop good practice habits. Over time, learners notice stronger tone quality and better control of the instrument. My goal is to help students enjoy the learning process while developing reliable violin technique.
