About Claudia

I teach since I got my certification in September 2017. My students were able to see a progression after a few sessions and it is for me the most beautiful reward. I give classes for students who want to discover yoga or who are a little more experienced.

About the lesson

Hello, I discovered Yoga 3 years ago in Australia. when I was looking for a complementary activity to the running. I immediately hooked because I saw the result on my body and my mind. My classes can be very different from each other depending on the time of day and especially I would try at best to adapt to the level and energy of or students.
