My teaching methodology is different from other I focus on quality rather than quantity.
Focus in beginning Nd your base will be strong.
Once you will boost up and regular then I'll start weight training and other forms of training where you'll not get bored and get more interest each coming day.
Your training classes will be tough but I'll promise you that you'll enjoy all the sessions and this sessions are going to be converted into proper results that you want.
