I base my teaching strategy as learning effectively but also building strong mentor mentee relationships to achieve comfortable learning environment. I think this way is the best learning strategy because learning something new might be scary and shy for some people. So by building a strong mentor mentee relationship, i break that fear of learning new and make that tutoring session a safe place
