About Erin
I have 16 years of experience teaching high school English. I am a certified literacy specialist, and I have worked with students with dyslexia, severe ADHD, scotopic sensitivity, and many other reading challenges. I work with English Language Learners with success. I teach AP classes, for over 7 years now, and my pass rate is over 70 percent. All the students who take my ACT workshops show increased scores in English and Reading. Most students in my classes do, as well. Students seek me out to help with writing, in particular.

I will also provide formulas and structures for writing. We can work on everything from spelling and grammar to stylistic choices and how to break the rules for the right reasons. I can help you prepare for AP English exams, or the English and Reading sections of the ACT. I will always use your needs and goals to structure everything we work on together.
