My method of teaching is -
A simple syllabus (a paragraph e.g) to hear you speak, read and listen of readily available reading materials provided.
After listening to my students of how they speak, I would correct them, how to say/pronounce the right way until the students are confident and able to converse naturally.
There will be small quizzes and tests though, at the end of the lesson.
