About Tessa
I am a dedicated French tutor with 8 years of experience teaching high school and college students. I have taught 150–200 students and helped them strengthen their French language skills.
My teaching philosophy focuses on patience, structure, and student confidence. I believe students should feel comfortable asking questions. I explain lessons clearly and guide students step by step.
I tailor my lessons according to each student’s academic needs. I help with exams, assignments, and overall language development. I also track progress and give regular feedback.
A notable achievement of my career is helping students gain confidence and improve academically. Many students now perform better in French. My aim is to support every student’s success.

My French teaching methodology is student-centred and practical. I connect lessons to real-life situations using simple examples and case studies such as social conversations, travel needs, academic tasks, and professional communication. I keep my teaching flexible and modify lesson plans according to the learner’s progress and comfort level.

In addition to French language learning, I also cover grammar rules, vocabulary growth, pronunciation, reading skills, writing practice, spoken French, cultural studies, and exam-oriented preparation.
