About Kiely
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 18 years of experience teaching high school and college students. For me, teaching English is not just about grammar and vocabulary, but about helping students express themselves with confidence. I have worked with around 150 to 200 students from different backgrounds, and this has helped me understand that every learner is unique.
I design my lessons to suit individual needs, focusing on speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills. One of my proudest achievements is seeing students who once felt shy start speaking English confidently in class and in real-life situations.
Many of my students have improved their grades and developed better communication skills. My teaching style is simple, friendly, and interactive. I create a safe and positive space where students feel comfortable to learn and grow. My goal is to help students not only learn English but also believe in themselves.

My ESL teaching methodology focuses on helping students use English confidently in real-life situations. I use real-life examples and case studies to illustrate how English is applied in daily conversations, workplaces, and academic tasks.
Motivation is central to my teaching, and I create a positive environment where students feel encouraged to practice, make mistakes, and improve. Problem-solving activities, such as role-plays, discussions, and scenario-based exercises, help students develop critical thinking, fluency, and communication skills.
I teach with integrity by providing honest, constructive feedback and clear guidance. Flexibility is key, and I adapt lessons to each student’s pace, level, and personal goals. Alongside ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing to ensure comprehensive language development.
